Spark Athletic has unveiled Spark Studio inside the dramatic dome-shaped building at Al Shaheed Park Phase 3, sharing the roof with Al Soor Theater. The women-only space pairs rich brown marble, dark wood walls, and a striking glass pavilion with an ambitious fitness lineup. Studio spaces cover reformer, mat, and red-lit heated Pilates, alongside personal training and their signature Spark Form method, with classes running from 6 a.m. through the evening.

On-site nourishment comes via Bunboy, which handles bites, bowls, and BEME, their dedicated lineup of protein and workout drinks. Right next door, Spark Running Club is open to everyone, complete with experienced coaching, a private assessment room, and its own mascot, Sparky. It makes for a remarkably complete wellness outpost right in the park.
